1. What Bodrum Villa Escape is responsible for

• Publishing listings, displaying the permit required under Law No. 7464 and removing listings without a permit.
• Operating the booking process (availability, price calculation, request/confirmation) correctly; providing and storing the pre-contractual information form and the distance contract for the guest.
• Collecting the deposit and refunding it in case of cancellation; paying out to hosts.
• Errors originating from the Platform and damage caused through Bodrum Villa Escape's own fault.
• Airport transfer: this is Bodrum Villa Escape's own service; Bodrum Villa Escape is responsible for arranging it, its price and refunds.
• Processing of personal data by the Platform (Privacy Notice).

2. What the villa owner (host) is responsible for

• Performing the accommodation service in line with the listing: the villa's condition, cleanliness, safety, pool, key handover and services during the stay.
• The validity of the tourism rental permit, the condominium board resolution, tax, insurance and other local legal obligations.
• Identity notification of everyone staying, under Law No. 1774.
• Collecting the balance and the damage deposit, and refunding the deposit.
• Issuing the invoice or receipt for the accommodation service.

3. What the guest is responsible for

Providing accurate information, observing capacity and house rules, presenting identification, using the villa with care and compensating damage caused through their fault.

4. If something goes wrong

As an intermediary, Bodrum Villa Escape makes reasonable efforts to mediate; your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee and the courts is reserved.
