Community-, Inhalts- und Bewertungsrichtlinien

1. Verified reviews

Only guests who booked through Bodrum Villa Escape and completed a stay at the villa may write a review. Each review is linked to a booking and marked "Verified stay". Sample reviews on example (demo) listings are clearly labelled.

2. Good review principles

• Describe your real, personal experience honestly and respectfully.
• Write within 60 days of your stay; your review is checked before publication.
• Offering or accepting discounts, money or other benefits in exchange for a review is prohibited; hosts may not ask for positive reviews only.

3. Prohibited content

• Insults, threats, hate speech, discrimination and obscenity.
• Personal data: phone numbers, e-mail addresses, home addresses, identity details, photos of other people or health information.
• Advertising, links, references to competing platforms or steering towards off-platform payment.
• Untrue or misleading reviews, reviews written on someone else's behalf, and topics unrelated to the stay.
• Photos and text that infringe intellectual property rights.

4. Host replies

Hosts may reply publicly to a review once, in respectful language. Replies may not disclose the guest's personal data or booking details.

5. Moderation

Bodrum Villa Escape does not publish, or removes, reviews and content that breach these guidelines; it does not remove any genuine review because it is negative. You may object to a moderation decision within 15 days at — (to be completed by management) —.

6. Reporting unlawful content

If you see content on the Platform (listing, photo, review, message) that you believe is unlawful, send its address and your reasons to — (to be completed by management) —. Notices under Laws No. 6563 and 5651 are reviewed and content is removed where necessary.

7. Sanctions

Repeated or serious breaches may lead to suspension or closure of the account; a violation record is created for hosts.
